Casino Night

For my brother-in-law's birthday my sister threw him a party.

But not any party, it was a casino party.

She indicated "formal attire optional"on the invitation. However, when guests arrived not in suitable dress they were directed to other more appropriate options....from my costume box.
I guess you could say it was "formal attire enforced."
