I have started to work out again.
I guess being pregnant and having a baby are some pretty good reasons for talking myself out of going to the gym.
However, now that my baby is 4 months old and I am still 30 lbs overweight I didn't have any more reasons not to go.
Now my body is saying "yeah, you think you can take an entire year off? I'll show you!"
I can totally relate to this! I have been really working out lately and I feel like I am NONstop aching! :( I guess it'll be worth it eventually....right?
